This is the only annexe on the market that includes three layers as standard, mesh for ventilation, privacy flap on outside, and detachable zip out clear plastic layers on all windows and doors that allows you to see out when its raining cold or windy, or roll all layers up to have the annexe completely open.

Our warranty includes all zips, fabrics and also the installations that is carried out and also if required, one of our nation wide onsite technicians to come to your location and inspect, even while you are on holidays at a caravan park. Setting up is a breeze with a 20 to 30 minute set up time after you have experience, and is built to withstand over 80kmh winds by using a full awning support system when using the the included Anti Flap Kit and Curved Rafters. The Australia Wide Annexe is designed to be a 95% water proof room. To complete the weatherproofing seal we include a custom made draft strip that attaches to the side of the caravan to stop the breeze coming under, this allows it to be a perfect place to sleep kids or guests. We also offer an optional velcro tub floor to complete the room feel.

Our annexes are light weight and are easy to handle as we include individual bags for each wall. This also makes it great for storage . Each bag is labeled with the wall locations and each wall can be set up individually so is great for short trips.
